Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

GoalDone Magic Nutrition delivers to all major cities and towns across India through reliable courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹60 is applicable on all orders within India.
We currently do not offer free shipping or COD (Cash on Delivery) options.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1– 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 8–10 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier partner performance or local conditions.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link and AWB number will be sent via email/SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

6. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear images of the parcel and product
Your order ID and registered mobile number

After verification, a replacement may be issued if the claim is genuine.

7. Delivery Failures / Incorrect Address

If the delivery fails due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Unreachable phone number
Repeated delivery refusals
Your order will be marked as undeliverable, and no refund will be issued.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before checkout.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

GoalDone Magic Nutrition will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Strikes or lockdowns
Courier operational issues

We always coordinate with our partners to minimize such delays.
